going green for our planet and our horses

About Organic Horses

We are an equine-oriented, organic company founded by equestrians with over 40 years of combined knowledge of horses, and horse care. Our product line was developed and tested in the Florida Everglades with its hot and humid climate, and insects, to really challenge the grooming needs for horses. We have washed thousands of horses over the last 15 years observing results and constantly refining our ingredient lists, combinations, and formulations. Our goal has always been to provide a natural solution for our horse owners to clean their horses with no impact to people, or the environment. We have developed a superior cleaner that is gentle for the horse, safe for the people who care for them, and is completely safe to the soil, and groundwater of our planet.

All our products are made from the highest quality organic materials available, and work as well, or better than harsh chemical and pesticide filled commercial products currently available.

Organic Horses - The Healthy Choice for Grooming Products

Grooming provides the natural connection with horses to optimize wellbeing while removing dirt and debris that can lead to discomfort and promote disease. Organic Horses offers grooming products to horse owners that are effective, superior cleaning creations and are organic. Our products combine Organics and Therapeutic Essential oils that are incredibly safe, non-toxic, gentle, and clean without needing harsh chemicals that damage our horses, our family, and our planet. Our organic blend of ingredients produces a family of grooming products whose applications are endless. We are very different from the commercially available synthetic concoctions that contain harsh, painful and toxic chemicals.

From the beginning of time, plants have been used as shelter, food, and for their healing properties. Keen observations of cause and effect led to knowledge that has passed through the millennia to become the scientific basis of our modern medicine. Some recent innovations have been organic biobased nano-technologies, which uses plant material to act on the tiniest micromolecular levels of an organism.

Every ingredient in our family of Organic Horses products is biobased food. All are compliant with the "everything Added to Food in the United States" (EAFUS) list that is recognized as safe, published by the Food and Drug Administration. Contains no hazardous or toxic components. No ingredient comes from a genetically modified seed (no GMOs). Each Ingredient is from the earth and is groundwater and soil safe.

A proprietary family of products made from 100% biological plant life that have not been genetically modified is the core of every Organic Horses product. SV-11 molecularly bonds with the cleaning ingredients to speedily transport it into the hoof and coat. By promoting skin health, disease has no opportunity to flourish.

Unrefined Shea Butter

Nuts from mature (~30 year old) Shea-Karite trees from Africa are shelled, fired, and pounded into a paste that has a highly concentrated, irretrievable fatty acid. After boiling and cooling, this paste becomes unrefined shea butter, prized worldwide for its healing and moisturing properties. Solid at room temperature (58°-86°F), it liquefies at body temperatures, allowing it to be massaged into skin and hair. As shea butter comes from a nut, there may be a small allergy risk.
